A brief history of me

PMO operations at Deloitte USI. Ran the change-request pipeline. Audit accuracy was the whole job.

• Managed 100+ change requests worth $25M in value.
• Caught financial discrepancies across the pipeline, reducing tracked variances by $350,000.
• Owned the financial reporting layer that kept the change-request pipeline auditable.
• Redesigned 5 operational reports, cutting generation time by 50%.

Joined as the first PM hire and set up the PMO from the ground up: sprint cadence, project reporting, and the scoping and estimation frameworks the company still uses.

• First PM hire at the agency.
• Set up the delivery pipeline from scratch: sprint cadence, project reporting, scoping and estimation.
• Rebuilt the delivery workflow to handle 5+ concurrent engagements across app builds, product launches, and integrations.

Started by running long client engagements end to end. Over three years the role shifted from doing the work to overseeing the team doing it, and by the end I was picking up what became the Head of Delivery scope.

• Ran multiple long client engagements across several sectors. Sprint planning, scope, QA, releases, client communication.
• Built the time-tracking and resource-planning reports the founders needed before sizing any new engagement.
• Documented the PM process the team still runs on. Built the hiring funnel solo: wrote the resume filter and first-round interview questions, and ran them before passing to CEO and HR.
• Late in the tenure, started the self-hosted infrastructure migration the company now runs on. Coolify on Hetzner, replacing paid SaaS with FOSS alternatives like Plane and n8n.

Title formalized in May 2026; the responsibilities had been moving onto me through 2025. I run the PM team and make the calls across the company's active engagements. Where Senior PM was about running multiple projects, this role is about running the teams that run them.

• Took over delivery oversight from the founders. Capacity allocation across active engagements, escalations from both PMs and clients, and sales-side input on where to push back during negotiations.
• Restructured the PM hiring funnel to use the team. I shortlist resumes, existing PMs run the first interview, I take the second, then CEO and HR close. Day to day I also coach the team to run their engagements end to end.
• Own the self-hosted FOSS stack the team runs on (Coolify + Docker).
• Maintain the AI tooling the PMs work inside day to day: Claude, ChatGPT, MCPs.
