I rebuilt Zethic's delivery workflows around Claude, ChatGPT, MCP, and n8n. The paid SaaS PM stack is gone, replaced with self-hosted Plane, Coolify, and Docker. An n8n pipeline triages inbound leads overnight. I also run hands-on AI training for the PM team so it shows up in their actual work, not in slide decks.

I diagnose before I prescribe. Most delivery problems aren't actually process gaps. They're scoping or estimation, sometimes a stakeholder problem dressed up as one. Engagements start with a 2–3 week diagnostic, and fixes ship incrementally instead of as a top-down framework rollout.
